Have questions about building, maintaining or just owning a pool? We’ve assembled some questions below to help you know what to expect.
[clear-line]
How does the construction process work?
We will work with you to determine and finalize the design that is best for you. Once all details are finalized, we will begin by grading the site and forming it into the necessary shape. We’ll then proceed with pre-plumbing and electrical, wall construction, decking, and accessories. The construction process may be unsightly, but the final product will be worth the effort!
Can you help me design the best pool for my backyard?
Certainly! We will help you select the right size, shape and overall layout for the area you have to work with. We understand that each home is different and each homeowner’s tastes and styles are different. We will help you think through all of the details and create the backyard retreat that is perfect for you and your family.
Will you support and help maintain my pool after it’s completed?
We build relationships. Just because we’ve completed your pool does not mean that our relationship ends. We will be with you to help service and maintain your pool long after it’s finished. The level of involvement we have in maintaining your pool is up to you. We are available to help you open and close your pool each season as well as handle any maintenance or repair issues you may have.
How can I be assured you’re using quality parts and equipment when building my pool?
When you build a quality pool, it can last for generations of your family to enjoy. It is the things that you don’t see that often are the most important. We use only the best parts and equipment available in the industry. Sometimes that may cost a bit more, but we believe quality is of utmost important when building a pool.
How can I be assured that your company is a reputable, quality pool builder?
We have been building pools in Fairfield County for more than 30 years. We will be happy to provide you with references, which is the best way to become comfortable with our quality standards and customer service. You can also look at the testimonials page on this site. Finally, call the local Better Business Bureau and confirm that our company is in good standing with them.
When is the best time to open my pool?
The earlier the better! If you want to swim in an established pool in May, open in April or late March, provide plenty of “shake-down” time for the unexpected. Never open on the same week as your party…it may be a bust if you’re guests want to swim.
When is the best time to close my pool?
As late as possible! Typically, pool owners in central Ohio close their pools during Late September Thru October.
